Ben Fitzsimons


Ben Fitzsimons is an Adelaide based property developer with two decades of experience in residential and commercial transactions.

From a young age, Ben was exposed to some of Australia's most iconic property deals and developments, and uses this experience to locate and build custom solutions for international and local tenants.

Ben, who directs The Fitzsimons Group, has been responsible for constructing and repurposing some of Adelaide's most successful buildings for ASX and DAX listed clients. His dynamic team of professionals take pride in delivering projects that provide win-win solutions for all parties.

Along with his vast experience in property, Ben has a strong commercial skillset to call on having successfully been part of the management team of Peregrine Corporation - one of the largest privately owned companies in Australia. His corporate experience also includes managing iconic South Australian professional basketball team the Adelaide 36ers.
